While ice cubes help keep our drinks cool and refreshing during the summer, ice can potentially harm and even crack your teeth if you chew on it. Biting Your Nails

Using Your Teeth As Tools

While it’s important to brush and floss your teeth twice a day, it can hurt your smile if you’re doing it too aggressively. Brushing and flossing too hard can erode your teeth and result in damage to your gums that can, in turn, cause them to recede. That’s why it’s important to be gentle when you floss and brush your teeth with a soft-bristled toothbrush, not a hard or medium one.
